Tahoe Reno Industrial Center

If you’re going to build the world’s largest industrial park, you’re going to need a lot of freeway access, and the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center boasts twelve miles of I-80 frontage. It’s a significant reason for the success of this development that only recently finished transactions to fill the last of its over 15,000 acres of land.

More than a big plot of land, the park has a powerplant on site and the Union Pacific Intercontinental rail line at its fingertips. The railway opens access to and from the east coast.

The GES Reno office has provided almost a dozen geotechnical investigations at the center and participated in multiple mass grading projects and anticipate an even greater role as our clients’ progress through their construction timelines. In addition, our environmental program has assisted purchasers with Phase I Environmental Sie Assessments as part of their due diligence process. GES is proud to play a role to help move products from west coast ports to the rest of the nation.
