While many companies look upon employee reviews as a necessary evil, GES sees only opportunity. For this reason, the firm provides each employee with a personal coaching and evaluation session monthly. Each review includes one or more actions the employee may take to advance in the company.

In many cases, a team member is encouraged to gain additional formal training and acquire certifications needed to provide additional client services. And, the company pays for successful examinations and certificates.
