GES employees enjoy the advantages of one of the most liberal scholarship programs anywhere. Believing a growing employee is a happy and loyal contributor to the company, the firm also finances many recognized education venues. Plus family members are eligible to apply for assistance in the state's university system through GES education programs.
GES even has a home loan program. Each year one employee is awarded an interest-only loan for the purchase or improvement of their home. The debt is forgiven over time with the company.
