Training & education
Geotechnical & Environmental Services, Inc. (GES) staff members are provided with unparalleled training, certification, licensing and continuing education opportunities.
We provide both on-the-job training and classroom assistance when needed. Many of our staff members have started at an entry level position and earned certifications through a company paid program, that not only opened up their career opportunities, but brought them salary increases as well.
Additionally, association memberships in career organizations are sponsored by the company along with association meetings and special seminars.
